Choose a kit, extract the ZIP, and read START-HERE.pdf for setup and safety guidance.

Copy and paste
Open COPY-THIS-PROMPT.txt. Copy all its text into a new ChatGPT chat. You’ll need your own access to the AI assistant.

Answer and review
Follow the AI’s questions to create conversation questions or a draft plan. Skip anything you prefer not to answer. Review and adjust the result before using it.
What is supported
Which AI assistant?
ChatGPT is the primary supported experience. Other assistants may work, but features and results vary. Your provider’s account requirements, limits, and privacy policies apply.
Free-tier compatibility has not been verified here. Pasting text does not require file uploads.
When you come back
Reuse or start fresh
Continue in the same chat and ask for another set or plan. In a new chat, paste the full prompt again. If the AI loses track, remind it of your preferences or restart.
Optional file uploads
If your assistant supports it, you may upload the prompt file instead. Follow the Start Here guide. Uploads and automation are not needed for the basic process.
Keep sensitive details out of the chat. Participation is voluntary, and AI output needs your review. Read the safety boundaries.
